Before presenting our web applications for delivery/deployment, Synatrin's quality assurance department undergoes a stringent set
of test measures to ensure low to virtually no defects. We choose
Extreme Programming (XP)
as our development methodology as it provides rapid development with quality inherently built-in at each phase of the development life-cycle.
Our customers are engaged at every step of construction to ensure that we are adhering to the agreed-upon requirements. Should any
feature of our products not meet the agreed-upon requirements within 30 days of delivery, Synatrin will verify the bug exists
(must be a repeatable event) and fix it at no additional cost to the customer.
Our business model includes both a traditional methodology of developing/delivering products to our clients, and a more modern methodology of providing
Software as a Service (SaaS)
to our clients. With Saas as our primary business model, our intent is to provide our customers with the quality of
corporate-grade software products but without the headache of having to install, upgrade, maintain the applications. We host all of our line of products
centrally on our web servers, providing our customers secure access (wherever the internet exists) to their subscribed products.
To supplement the quality in our software, we also provide quality assurance to our software services by periodically
monitoring usage statistics and providing fixes and enhancements where necessary at no cost to the subscriber. As a part of either
our custom software design services or our product subscriptions, Synatrin provides a free one-time training session (up to 1hr) or
associated user manuals to get the user up to their productivity potential as fast as possible. At Synatrin, quality and customer
